Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms govern the use of INKYA by a client tattoo studio ("the Studio").

1. Purpose

INKYA provides software as a service (SaaS) that lets a tattoo studio manage client requests via WhatsApp, quotes, its sales pipeline and its calendar.

2. Plans and trial

INKYA offers the START, PRO and STUDIO plans, whose content and pricing are shown on inkya.ch/studios.

A new Studio gets a 14-day free trial from the creation of its account. Once online payment is activated, the Studio will choose a plan to continue after the trial, which will require a payment card. The first subscription will also start with 14 free days: nothing will be charged if the Studio cancels before they end; otherwise the first month will be charged when the trial ends, and then every month.

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). INKYA is not registered for VAT; no VAT is charged. Online payment is not activated yet: nothing is charged today. Once it is, the subscription will be paid monthly in advance through Stripe and will renew automatically each month.

3. Studio obligations

The Studio warrants that it has a valid legal basis (consent or legitimate interest) for having INKYA process communications with its own clients, and remains solely responsible for the content of those communications and any business decisions made on that basis.

4. Availability and limitation of liability

INKYA uses reasonable means to ensure the service's availability, without guaranteeing absolute availability. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, INKYA disclaims liability for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

5. Termination

Once online payment is activated, the Studio may cancel its subscription at any time from the billing settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the monthly period already paid, with no pro-rata refund. INKYA may suspend an account in case of use contrary to these terms or the law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Venue: see the Impressum.
